Proud to support this effort of @na_blockchain's. Getting the state pathway right under the GENIUS Act is critical—so innovators & fin institutions aren’t shut out by one-size-fits-all rules. Strong safeguards + workable implementation=real access to the digital asset ecosystem.
As a states-first organization, NABA brings a distinct & important perspective to the federal rule-making process.

NABA, in partnership with the @BlockchainAssn, fights for smart state-level regulation that unleashes innovation.
