Improved durability in @calljmp's agent runtime.

Long-running agent workflows often span multiple phases (10–50+ steps). Deploying new agent code triggers a Agent's reset due to code changes.

Previously, a completed phase might fail to persist its outcome, leaving dangling or non-functional instances.

Now resolved: on code - update reset, we drop the old instance, instantiate the new one with updated code, and resume execution precisely from the interrupted phase - reusing all prior persisted results.
