Serious FASTag issue ⚠️

My car had a valid SBI FASTag, but @IDBIBank issued another one on my vehicle to someone else without KYC.

My FASTtag is suspended and no support from IDBI.

Request @NPCI_NPCI @FASTag_NETC @NHAI_Official to investigate this duplicate FASTag issuance.

@IDBI_Bank I am not your customer, but I pity those who are. I have experienced your customer care online and also offline at your branches.
My only advice to those who are planning to be your customer is "Please don't 🙏"

@IDBI_Bank From 27th Feb, I have been following up with you. Visited your branch multiple times.
Paying double toll because you issued Fasttag to some other person without proper KYC.

All you have to do is cancel this erroneous Fastag. How difficult can it be?

I had emailed @IDBI_Bank customer care on the 27th Feb but besides providing mail tracking ID ( IDBIBank=014-644-156) nothing has happened so far! I even did multiple IDBI branch visits but absolutely no help. Now I have to pay a double toll for no fault of mine.
