"Are @EliteGroupAsia the best kept secret in recruitment?"
A client said this to me last week. This relationship is relatively new, and, so far, we have only completed 2 pieces of senior level work for them in the APAC region.
They used to use big global recruitment companies for almost all their agency recruitment requirements, but had been let down too many times and didnt feel that they were getting enough attention or anything special.
In a small company, in a huge sector like recruitment, dominated by big players, it can be tough to stand out.
Traditional marketing can feel like shouting into the wilderness.
What changes things is when clients can actually see and feel difference.
We are lucky that we offer incredible benefits to clients, that we try to ensure are not matched by any other in the region. Benefits like;
↳ up to 12 months candidate guarantee
↳ flexible payment terms
↳ no delegation of work to a junior consultant
↳ candidate exclusivity
↳ deep relationships built over >20 years of activity in Asia
etc.....
With Elite Group Asia you crucial recruitment requirement is in incredibly safe hands - guaranteed!
Many purchasing decisions are still made from a perception of perceived safety. Kind of like the old saying 'you don't get fired for hiring IBM', it means that smaller companies need to offer more and be better to compete. These days, many more with decision making influence are starting to realize their business can be better looked after from a smaller, more dedicated vendor.
@sharp_writing2@mrjeffu Tax on food, probably shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
Even the tax heavy UK, doesn’t put their sales tax equivalent on ‘essential’ food.
@Tech_Stamurai@saxena_puru Bloom $BE CEO said they have a 4 year backlog due to demand being so high. Unless there is some significant technological breakthrough to power data centers or enable AL to run more efficiently with less GPU, then I think there is some way still to go on this journey.
@vanislesfinest@FransBakker9812@danroberts0101@IREN_Ltd To be fair, when you are building a business like this, the last thing you want is the csuite to be distracted by day to day short term share price fluctuations and be influenced into short term decision making.
