@AmericanAir made us sit on the tarmac for 1.5 hours on arrival, which made us miss our connection, and now we have to wait HOURS in line to get rebooked. UNACCEPTABLE! I suggest everyone avoid flying American Airlines. This is beyond ridiculous.
