Yesterday's meet and greet with tenants, @JulieCollinsMP @meaghan_scanlon and the @BlueCHPLtd team onsite at the recently completed social housing development in Lutwyche. The project has delivered 42 social apartments for job seekers and single parents with a child under 12.

Today BlueCHP received the keys to 37 properties in Peakhurst from the Land and Housing Corporation. Built by Mono Construction. These 1-3 bedroom apartments will be tenanted by people waiting on the social housing priority wait-list.

It was a highlight of the day to be able to welcome everyone to visit the new social homes in QLD, and listen to Simone as she shared her experience.

Next week we will reintroduce our Housing Australia Future Fund bill.

Australia needs more housing built.

Simone is a public housing tenant in Brisbane who knows how important having a secure home is.

It's given her stability, security and a chance to have a better life.

NHFIC senior executives joined @JulieCollinsMP @JimmySullivanMP and @BlueCHPLtd at the opening of a new social housing apartment complex in Brisbane. The development comprises of 42 two-bedroom apartments and the first tenants will move in from June 2023.

Last month we launched 38 new social homes in Lutwyche. The sister site in Winsdor is set to open early next year, delivering a total of 80 new social homes. Large modern apartments with private balconies, 10min from QLD CBD.
