@PMT703 @hulkintosh @AmericanAir There wasn’t and a random person at an info desk couldn’t have helped with my problem. Maybe you’re seeing lots of these posts because thousands of people fly every day and AA doesn’t have enough staff hired to adequately help their customers.

@AmericanAir Once someone showed up, they were very helpful, but at the very least have them put out a sign saying when they will return. It’s basic customer service from a company I just bought $1,800 worth of plane tickets from.
