My employer uses @Cigna . They won’t pay for most procedures until I reach $5,000 in medical bills every year. I have to pay hundreds a month to Cigna and also pay a $40 copay for every clinic visit.

Cigna rakes in $677 MILLION EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! This is criminal!!

I'm sure alumni would love to know about their rampant abuse of the H-1B system. For many of them, it would likely impact their donations.

Certain industries should never get H1B Visa workers, such as financial institutions and institutions who provide services to the Federal Government.

Please stop approving these continuations / extensions of LCAs for H1B Visa employees. Make them train their American replacements and then leave the country. H1Bs should never be approved for another 3 years.

And discontinue approving H1Bs for financial institutions.
