@builder56207@KevinMcCurdy The recent habit of Woodcroft glazing by many is hilarious to me. He made poor roster decisions, suppressing players like Broberg and Kesselring for Desharnais, or Janmark and Perry over Holloway. Gulutzan ran the PP which was the biggest coaching staff W of that time.
@J_TheCynic@bonejrp He didn’t want to play here because he sexually assaulted someone, and knew he wouldn’t be welcomed back into the community as a result. The stench would *rightly* follow him wherever he went.
I guess if you’re a conservative you can’t be anti-SA cuz it’s only the “Lib fans” 😂
@htrickkane9 I saw “Suzuki/Hayton” and went 😭😭😭😭
And then I saw “Seider/Zadorov”
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Did those rocks taste good for breakfast?
@TSNRyanRishaug KK to Berube would be a downgrade.
He tries to make his teams play 2010’s hockey, and that era was blown by years ago. 97 and 29 would be pigeon-holed into roles that decimate their offensive outputs while only marginally increasing defensive impacts (see Auston Matthews). Yuck
@AshleySchaub@Steve_Dangle My god, just tell us you don’t understand what that means rather than trying to concoct a notion from that smooth brain. “C-Grade defender” talking about hockey WAR percentiles 😂
@JJ_Kresl@Sportsnet@FriedgeHNIC Out of 4 EDM d-men with at least 60 SH TOI, he ranked 1st, grading out just below average. The PK as a whole was horrendous (genuinely the main reason they lost their last 2 playoff series) and he (and Emberson) found a way to be about avg in a sea of awful.
@Sportsnet@FriedgeHNIC To all the “Bouch doesn’t play defence” commenters - It’s a tired and old narrative. Bouchard was in the 75th percentile of defensive impacts this year. Played a ton of PK. And obviously was in the 100th offensively. It’s an absolutely stacked field, but he deserved to be there

@NewWorldOilers@stylenlife They would ASSUREDLY match. Not even a doubt. If he’s valuable enough to give that, he’s valuable enough to keep at that and then trade. The cap is rising at unprecedented levels, a 2nd/3rd goalie at 1.5 is incredibly easy to work around.
@downs_emma2720@Sportsnet I’m assuming you’re referencing Chychrun? The fact that I’m not sure kinda says it all… absolutely stacked field this year and there’s at least 10 names I’d have on a ballot over him
@RIPPEY720@NHL Bouchard was in the 75th percentile of defensive impacts this year (and obviously the 99th in offensive). He played a lot of PK time as well. He was more deserving than most. Still, an absolutely stacked field
@TaylorE1929@JFreshHockey@domluszczyszyn@PDOcast To be fair to those teams, they were much better under-the-hood as a team defensively and just had Stuart Skinner crapping his pants for a couple rounds before turning into prime Hasek against Dallas in the WCF back to back years.
