That is about the original £10k grants (all links on our member page). The criteria on the £617 top up fund is at discretion of local authorities and not yet published. We’re working to get the T&Cs clarified now. Nothing happens fast in Govt! We’ll keep members informed

It's outrageous that small businesses like B&Bs that pay council tax aren't eligible for a single penny of the Government's financial support package, while second home owners who pay no council tax at all are entitled to £10k each.

The Government must close the loophole today.
