I started this account 10 years ago. The premise was that I was a libtard, pretending to be a conservatard, pretending to be a libtard with TDS. I eventually got banned. I came back after Elon Musk, but I don't do the character anymore.
@orthodox_33ad Fedor is so based, I remember watching him before I was even a believer in Jesus and I was impressed that he never went for a potshot when his opponent was knocked out--he always acted with restraint and humility.
@OzarkReaction@EthanWayne2001 >communing heretics
The Antiochian Church isn't doing this anymore. Metropolitan Saba put a stop to it:

"While the churches have encouraged fraternal relations, the sharing of the Eucharist and the other sacraments has not been established between them."
@OzarkReaction@EthanWayne2001 There is no comparison between GOARCH and Antioch. If you can't see that, then I can't help you. I went to a ROCOR church and it was an exclusively enclave, even going so far as to read the Gospel in Russian. That is unacceptable.
@OzarkReaction@EthanWayne2001 Find me a quote to that effect from our current hierarch. Or better yet, an LGBT baptism, or comments suggesting support for abortion, or sending a bishop to bless a hindu temple, etc. If you can't, then they're not really the same, which was my original point.
@OzarkReaction@EthanWayne2001 I said the Greek and Antiochian are different. You seem to be arguing that I said the Antiochian was perfect, which was not what I said. Thus, you are arguing a strawman.
@OzarkReaction@EthanWayne2001 You're arguing a strawman. The issue is between the Greek Church and the Antiochian, whether they're different, whether one is less ecumenist than the other. You're arguing about purity within the Antiochian Church. That's not the issue.
@OzarkReaction@EthanWayne2001 There is really no comparison. Do they have a bishop like Elpidophoros?

In any event, that arrangement has been discontinued. Conversely, Archbishop Elpidophoros says, in this video, that he would commune the non-orthodox spouses of the faithful.
