Sidenote: some claim that if you remove Canadian oil from the equation, then the balance skews toward the US getting the benefits. But that doesn’t look at the fact that the services surplus the US enjoys (finance, consulting, cloud computing) doesn’t create as many opportunities
The trade relationship is deep. Billions each day. The current imbalance disproportionately benefits Canadian manufacturing jobs at the expense of American ones. Any reasonable person looking at this data should arrive at the same conclusion. Please give evidence countering this.
