RE: JUDGMENT OF THE NIGERIAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL
The Igbo-Biafra Nationalists Movement takes note of today's judgment from and by the Nigerian Presidential Election Petition Tribunal. This verdict resonates with our longstanding concerns and reservations about the consistent exclusion of the Igbos from occupying the office of the president of Nigeria, and our desire to bring Nigeria out to where we want them to be today and summarily ensnared by her own trap to the consternation of the international community. This further cements the gang-ups against the Igbos by the rest of Nigeria especially by the members of the political class who intimidate the masses under them to do their bidding.
This recent ruling provides empirical evidence, underscoring and vindicating what seems to be our much talked-about entrenched Nigeria's apartheid and exclusionary policy against the Igbos of the South East- one that has been silently operational for many years. It has therefore become increasingly evident that the Nigerian state is pushing the Igbos towards considering 'REMEDIAL SECESSION' as a potential resolution to these enduring challenges.
The hour has therefore come for the Igbos, who proudly reside in their ancestral homeland of the South-East (ALA-IGBO), to deliberate and question the territorial integrity of Nigeria. Our position remains consistent: If we are denied the privilege to govern ourselves under a confederal model (Internal Self-determination) within Nigeria, we must rightfully contemplate alternative avenues for progression including the exercise of self-determination up to secession.
It is essential to once again emphasize the fundamental ideology of Igbo-Biafra Nationalism, which represents both a refinement and a continuation of the Biafra Restoration project in its finest form. Our current recognized territory remains the South-East (ALA-IGBO). However, the potential for territorial expansion exists through negotiation and consensus-building, particularly if the Igbos from the South South and the Middlebelt choose, through negotiation, a plebiscite or personal consensus, to unite with their kith and kin in the South-East.
We remain committed to the aspirations of the Igbo-Biafrans and our vision for a unified and dignified future.

People doing this must desist...!
For the fact that some people have gone into cr1m1nal1ty of slaughtering Igbo sons and daughters does not invalid the fact that there was a country called Biafra.

I remember my uncle, Captain Okwudili; I never met you, but I promise you that your labour will not go in vain. Nigerians killed themselves the day they rose up to kill Ndigbo
