Oh for sure. It’ll be a slow process. Yet, when it gets going there is no other company that is as vertically integrated and has the infra to compete long term. I’m not all in Tesla. I have other positions. Also, I think FSD subs for personal vehicles will be a meaningful line item beginning of next year for earnings.

45% of FSD subscriptions are monthly subscriptions according to Tesla’s CFO 👀. That is $800 million/yr! It is almost 1% of their TTM revenue. It’ll grow fast!

@GrindeOptions To be fair the Chinese are distilling and stealing. They aren’t actually building from scratch. I think the hyperscalers and neoclouds will be fine because they are model agnostic relative to Anthropic and OpenAI. I think the frontier labs are screwed.

I think the market still assumes $AMD is going to run away with the CPU market when hyperscalers are building their own, $INTC is coming back, more companies are launching CPUs, $NVDA is capturing a big chunk of the CPU market right off the bat with $20B and Nvidia hardware is easier to program, stand up and run than $AMD hardware.
