Exclusive: I sat down with Ron Gabrisko, Founding CRO of @databricks, to discuss how the company scaled from less than $1M to over $7B in revenue run rate.

Databricks just raised a whopping $5B at a staggering $190B valuation, backed by legendary investors including a16z, Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, Coatue, and Blackstone.

But the story started very differently.

When Ron joined the company, it had less than $1 million in revenue and seven founders with a groundbreaking technology that had yet to be fully commercialized.
