Burned out Linux expert looking to start a cult and build a commune based on the basic idea that we're all one and living within a "simulated" universe.
I hear-by found the Church of "Bob" the Average.
"Bob" the Average is an imperfect programmer who wrote the code that runs the Universe. By exploiting his mistakes, we all have the ability to gain elevated privileges.
... Unless we're living in a simulation. In which case ... it is likely that the "computers" that run the simulation exist in a universe that exists in a universe that is moving at the galactic scale.
@staletwhitebred@wrestlerman228@biggestjoel Also, also, because "Gosh darn it, I had to work hard to get what I got. Why the hell should it be easy for others? They gotta earn it themselves!"
@staletwhitebred@wrestlerman228@biggestjoel Also, because as you get older, and gradually lose your idealism, as you see the systems in place continue to grind people up and no promising changes lurking on the horizon, and give up and "live life for yourself".
@SpeaksAngie Just wanna say, never heard of Michael Brooks before, and found this video by the "wrong" Michael Brooks and found it quite awesome. https://t.co/Xb2jfyBHTc
I'll have to check out some of the TMBS
Anyone know of an anti-captialist company, organization, movement, or country (that would allow immigration) that could use a Linux expert? I'm looking for options for the next chapter of life. :)
