@JetBlue disappoints before flight leaves the ground. Pre-board announcement that Flight 778 from Las Vegas to Boston has no WiFi or tv service. We make decision on who we fly based on them. Upon boarding we discover one tired old plane. Broken trays, stained seat belts. Sad

We have seen many posts about NEW, SMART, GORGEOUS, GAME-CHANGING thermostats. What we don't understand is why anyone cares. They are still only centrally located thermostats that literally only control the temperature of the rooms they are in. 🙃
