Just planned the big to do’s of the week as it was my birthday today, so I spend time with my family and friends.

Focus this week is big swing creative batches to prep and really solving the supply chain issue so we can actually launch ads and scale.

Planned out 4 new briefs to test. Did some deeper research on new sub-avatars to test when we have stock and can scale.

Thought quite a lot about different products and probably will test a second product that is towards the same demographic soon as stock still seems 3 weeks out and I can’t just keep on making ads and not launch and be able to do learnings.

Also worked more with an LFS ai copywriting workflow. It’s working on 2 of the briefs now, so we’ll see if that looks good tomorrow.

I’m moving out next week from my apartment, so fixed quite a lot for that and didn’t get much else done for work other than some planning.

It’s starting to get frustrating to not being able to launch or scale anything.

Performance seems to be slowing down day by day..

I have a lot of new ads ready to launch, several big swings, doubling down on what works in other ads, iterations etc…

I just launched 2 videos up until now, both are looking very promising ( at extremely low spend), so I really want to launch more.

It’s hard to resist launching and just scaling, but I know that will just cause major problems later on, so for now I’ll have to wait.

I’m honestly considering doing a second product test to see if we can scale that up faster if there is no supply issues. Just to make it as a side project for cashflow, and try and find something that could work for the exact same demographic of the main product.

Crazy day, my computer got hacked.

Someone had installed some type of code (really don’t know how) that had gotten access to my entire computer, passwords, everything.

It had been on there for 15 days already.

I spend the entire day almost rebooting my computer, switching all passwords, api keys, and really securing everything so this won’t happen again.

So it felt like a full day went to waste… not much to do about it.

We did do around 430usd profit yesterday, just don’t have the numbers as I still need to reconnect the Shopify store after deleting it today.

Tomorrow it’s some smaller fixes left to do and then back to ads!

Yeah for sure, more context for this is probably better explained in the other posts.

But right now we have a big supply issue, so there is a very little amount of stock we can send and we’re having issues getting it sorted so we can get more and a more customized version.

So if it weren’t for these issues we would’ve launched all ads that are ready to launch, scale the ads that are performing etc.

@maxwellcopy Had a call with an email marketer today and I really didn’t know how we would do this best and he gave the same advice and showed me these bigger brands!

Can’t launch any ads or scale budgets… all I want to do is scale this, but I know that will just hurt us in the long run.

Been doing a lot of learnings, and honestly I’ve really started to enjoy it, I get so many ideas out of it, so now the importance is on prioritizing.

This also creates a little bit of conflicting thoughts. The learnings take so much time, so there is less volume, but with way higher intend, but on the other hand I want to just launch volume so we test as much as possible and see what sticks, but this I feel like ai can’t handle yet to do with high quality.

So for now I’ve decided that the intend is more important, but I still hope the ai can get to the writing level so at least I can give all ideas a fair chance to test.

Tests I have in mind are mainly testing new sub-avatars, angles, desire categories, formats and a lot of iteration ideas.

Now it’s waiting for stock to arrive and to scale this!

Best day so far. Video is performing at a 4x ROAS.

I’ve always worked with videos and thought this time LFS batches would be able to scale us without any videos, and I do believe it can still, but I need to leverage what I know I’m good at and create video.

Probably will join @EcomTable his Whop to learn more about LFS as I feel like he can share some sauce, and at the same time will start producing more videos as I do have 2 good editors.

Briefer the listicle today, did revisions on videos and briefer and wrote 2 new LFS batches.

Tomorrow I’ll focus on briefing and creating video scripts and probably 1 more LFS.

Currently not launching any new ads due to supply chain issues, but making sure we’re ready to scale this once the supply chain is ready.

@mkwizrd Do you exclude people who purchased from your ads? Just wondering if this is NCROAS.

Also I would choose the spend and ROAS based on the product, depending on if it can get returning customers. But front-end profit always would be preferred.
