@halilbabilli@marcorandazza Miscalculated, the PPO2 at 60m is actually 1.47
But the rest remains true. I did many dives at 60m with standard recreational gear, including wreck dive.
@halilbabilli@marcorandazza PPO2 is 1.4 at 60m. And that's the limit for compressed air diving in many European countries. It's quite common to dive below 40m around my place.
@Callofthevoidpt@marcorandazza Not a recreationnal dive for a PADI diver. Agreed.
A recreationnal dive for a CMAS diver. There are risk but CMAS diver are trained to manage them.
Different diving cultures.
@FrancescoSolbak@marcorandazza Please don't believe all you learn at your PADI center. It's totally possible to dive down to 60m only on compressed air. Ask any CMAS 3* divers. We are legion. For a CMAS diver, a deep dive is below 40m.
@NickDecoteau4@marcorandazza The PADI divers think so. PADI deep dive is 30m max. CMAS deep dive is below 40m down to 60m.
And PADI being USA based, they have no idea other diving cultures exist.
@Youssou18524811@LeDindonFiscal@salitribule@domsfolkloric Taxes are 143k for a 170k salary. Employer pay 73k taxes, employee pay 70k taxes. That's why France as so cheap healthcare, good unemployment insurance and good retirement insurance, and free education.
@T3tr4gr4mm4t0n_@jonlajoiecomedy But Pesach is not from pagan origins. In French, "Easter" is "Pâques" and isn't coming from pagan rituals. No bunnies there.
@T3tr4gr4mm4t0n_@jonlajoiecomedy The name "Easter" is believed to derive from the Anglo-Saxon goddess Eostre, associated with spring and fertility. So yeah, Easter and the Easter bunny have pagan origins.
@Burrow2ChaseTD @venturetwins@jonlajoiecomedy Which one? I mean there are so many gods, even the different Christians cult don't agree about what is divine or not 🤷
