If Palestine has any chance of not seeing the Americans and Israelis finish their genocide in Gaza, and their ethnic cleansing and annexation of the West Bank, then it can only come through Iran and Yemen closing the Straits of Hormuz and the Bab al Mandab Strait, and destroying Arabian peninsula pipelines.

The only pressure that will matter to the White House is the danger or reality of global economic depression, and even that might not be enough due to the righteous ferocity of conviction among American politicians, generals and pundits (whether those convictions comes from eschatological beliefs, imperial reasonings or cold hard dollars). The Israelis can only be pulled back from seeing through their genocidal conquests by an American president significantly wounded, and there is no certainty even in that.

Perhaps, in this continual back and forth with the US, the Iranians have enough leverage to influence and achieve an acceptable resolution in Lebanon (again, perhaps). However, for the salvation of Palestine, only the threat of world wide economic destruction exists as a possible intervention. There is no intervention available otherwise, and hope is not an intervention, only a means of assuaging our guilt and reconciling our impotence.

Iranian missile and drone attacks on Israel, even if Iran has missile and drone dominance, as many of us believe, will not be enough to change the American/Israeli course on Palestine.

Only such warfare by Iran and Yemen provides a chance for Palestine. Only by breaking the American empire through catastrophe and cataclysm can the fate of Palestine be altered.

Yes, this is dangerous moral reasoning and mad in its consequences, but the alternative is to watch the slow and steady process of a people being eliminated.
