@TeamStubHub @StuhHub, here we are almost 24 hours after and still nothing from your Customer Experience Team! You took my tickets and never replaced them. The parking pass never arrived. You took my money and didn't refund me. Your Customer Satisfaction Guarantee doesn't exist.
@TeamStubHub@StubHub, incredible that one hour later you are asking me to resubmit all of the original screenshots and history of this case. One week later and the event is six hours away and still no resolution. You kept my original tickets and the payment. I now just want a full refund.
@TeamStubHub I forgot to mention that one live rep disconnected me on the phone and another live agent via chat abruptyly ended my conversation, meaning I had to start all over again with another rep. @StubHub, totally unacceptable. I've documented all of the conversations since last week.
@TeamStubHub This has gone on now for more than 1 week! It's unbelievable that I couldn't speak with someone at StubHub Holdings' corporate office to address this further. I only get connected with someone in the Philippines, Columbia and other parts throughout the world.
