No, significantly cheaper and done right you can be out of debt in less than 10 years. Meaning no debt, no mortgage, no car payments, no doctor bills, nothing. Ask me how? Because I've done it once and I'm only 3 years out from doing it for the second time.

My first house I bought was $54,900 it was on a crappy mill hill. At that time starter homes were running 100-120k.

Good neighborhood, not at all. But I was broke. It can be done, most people want social media home, not real life homes. You cannot buy a home you're ready to post on social media to brag and make it. Live way under your means and work really hard. It will work. However, you cannot go on vacation, you cannot buy the new cars, you must focus an be very diligent in how you spend your money.

Otherwise live the social media life and be broke.

YouVersion not only carries The Passion Translation after YEARS of it being exposed as sectarian, unreliable (according to numerous respected Christian scholars), misleading, and recently being exposed even more as not even being translated in many places but copied and pasted from other works, they also promote it with ads as recently as today.

This isn’t just a translation I don’t like. It would be childish to make such a stink over that. It’s an affront to the Word of God and the people of God. If you think I am overreacting I would just let ask you to consider doing a bit of research first.

I learned by reading other code and reverse engineering it. I would not suggest this method as it takes forever but It's how I learn. I've spent an unreasonable amount of time rewriting projects I found and like to learn how they work. If you do use this method, you really understand how things work when you're all done.

Yes, my wife and I are our own partners. Got married at 18, we had a 2 week engagement. My goal is to be only with her for the rest of our lives. If she passes before me, I'm not sure I could find another. She is perfect, no one would ever live up to her legacy.

When I work out my goal is to be as in shape so we can spend as much time together as possible. Also my goal is to out live her so she won't have to feel the pain of losing me. I'd rather take on that burden for us. I pray that I succeed.

Still playing. Actually just restarted yesterday as I feel like I finally understand a few things. I'm really enjoying it. I think I'll be playing this game for years. But I'm not a typical gamer. I latch onto games, when I played WoW, my claim was "I'm not a gamer, I play wow". Now it's "I'm not a gamer, I just play Crimson Desert."

Crimson Desert is my best game of all time, previously it was "Zelda: Link to the Past".
