@jadslim_ Yes!
Everyone on my team is on base plus performance pay
Even the office manager is bonused on gross revenue. She hustles to work the leads and setup qualified estimates for our estimator to close
Painters on performance to stay under budget
The whole team wins together
@lawyer4SMBs Pretty straight forward. They deliver in a wood crate.
Took wife and I about 2-3 hours to fully set it up, it’s their biggest model so a smaller one probably quicker
Each wall is just a panel with slots that slide into place, then attach some screws and tighten it down.
@jadslim_ Thanks for sharing

I talk to people and they’re like it cost 500, 1,000, 10,000 for that. Can your believe it.
Me: “wow, you got a good deal. That’s great.”
Them: “no, that’s expensive, way too much.”
Me: “oh”
@salvin_joseph The “I’ve been throwing up all night from something I ate” excuse is a classic amongst todays generation
Literally happened to me this week on a new hires 2nd week of work.
@ThinkAppraiser Being super rich at 70 ain’t that valuable
If you’re optimizing your life to forgo life for decades to be rich at 70, sorry but you’re dumb and don’t get life
@irentdumpsters Yes. Do the basics exceptionally well and you can build a monster
Just won a 6k job this AM, with check in hand after 40 mins, because I showed up 5 mins early and presented bid while there.
His neighbor referred someone who had rescheduled twice and no showed the 3rd time
@stevehunsaker1 Great post sir
You guys offer 0 base salary to reps?
We provide 45k base but there’s a threshold to cross before they start earning commission. Basically have to earn your base. Base is set around 1/3 of what we expect someone to earn
Can you elaborate on how you think about it
@rushicrypto@ThinkAppraiser In 2012 a friend and I rented a 2 bedroom apartment in Long Beach, on ocean blvd right near pine, 100 feet from beach for 1,200/month. At the time was making 60k
Didn’t know how good I had it
@Will_Schryver Yes exactly. But the overwhelming feedback we receive is we are one of the best contractors they have ever worked with across all services.
We charge more because we provide more.
@markfzhuk Nice, read that wrong then my bad. Thats strong cost per est.
sounds like sales for sure. Biggest thing I’ve found, sales ppl give up too easily at the 1st sign of resistance. Have to help ppl navigate and digest a 5-25k purchase not just show them a price
