3/ And if you want to take your calisthenics skills to the next level, my 3-in-1 Calisthenics Guide will give you the tools to get started with three essential skills: Press to Handstand from zero, Handstand from zero, and Full Body Flexibility.
Your banana handstand isn’t just a flexibility problem. 🍌🤸🏼♀️
1/ If your back is constantly arching, your ribs are flaring, and you can’t seem to find that straight handstand line, you need to work on more than just kicking up and holding the position.
🧵
2/ The key is building the right combination of shoulder mobility, core strength, body awareness, and active flexibility. These 5 drills will help you start correcting your banana handstand and work toward a stronger, straighter line.
What position do you usually sleep in? 😴
Since we sleep for 6–8 hours a day, our sleeping posture naturally has a huge impact on our body. This means how you sleep can directly affect your spinal health.
With just a few simple tweaks—like using extra pillows or cushions—you can easily create a comfortable, stress-free position for your spine.
Don't forget to take care of your body while you sleep! 🛌✨
Follow-along mobility like this lives inside. A body in motion stays in motion 💫🧵
1. Hip Airplanes ✈️
Stand on one leg and slowly rotate your pelvis open and closed while keeping your standing hip stable.
This movement challenges balance, strengthens hip stability, and improves control through hip rotation.
Mobility is more than flexibility. It’s the ability to control how you move. 💪
Your hips are at the center of your body and almost everything you do.
When your hips are stiff and restricted, your lower back often compensates, and even simple movements can feel harder than they should.
That’s why hip mobility should be one of the pillars of your training, not something you address only when you feel stiff.
Ideally, give your hips some attention every day. It doesn’t have to be a long session. Just a few minutes of intentional movement can go a long way.
Move often. Move in different directions. And make hip mobility a daily habit.
“True physical mastery isn’t just about building muscle—it’s about how you move, balance, control, and position your body.
Vidyut Jammwal’s martial arts expertise, Yoga, extraordinary flexibility, and exceptional body control showcase the true potential of coordinated movement- and one more thing: he holds an unbelievable 16-minute breath, which is what makes him a real Legend.🔥
Because looking dangerous in a T-shirt is one thing; having the strength, power, mobility, balance, and control to move effortlessly is another.
From strength and stability to mobility and flexibility, the way you move matters just as much as the strength you build.
Train your body to move better, not just look stronger.
Move Better. Live Stronger.

Hip mobility isn’t just about stretching your hip flexors or doing more squats.
This routine focuses on hip rotation and the relationship between the pelvis and lower back.
The lying variations allow the legs to move through internal and external rotation while the pelvis stays supported. The side-lying positions then change the angle of the hip and challenge the range in a different way.
Why does this matter? Your hips need to rotate during walking, squatting, getting up from the floor and changing direction. If you rarely explore those movements, controlled mobility work can be a useful addition to your training.
But don’t assume restricted hip rotation is automatically the cause of back pain. Mobility is only one part of the picture, and individual anatomy affects how much range you have.
Move slowly, keep the pelvis as controlled as possible, and don’t force the knee toward the floor. Stop if you feel sharp pain or pinching.
The goal isn’t maximum hip rotation. It’s building comfortable range you can control and use.
