Tools like @ahrefs for Google and @gummy_search (or ChatGPT) for Reddit can become your never-ending stream of insights.
One of the hardest parts of building a product is knowing when and to whom to listen.
Vocal users, usually minority, can be misleading.
Most people won’t say a word.
In the end, actions speak louder than feedback.
Watch what users do, not just what they say.
