Hi folks, back to twitter after 2 yrs~I would like to share my lab's first work entitled "Reconstructing sequence-grammar trajectories enables interpretable and tunable cis-regulatory element design", posted on bioRxiv: https://t.co/Yh1cugwalC
Many congrats @TonyUmpierre on his work studying P2y6 in microglial Ca signaling and phagocytosis, published in @NeuroCellPress today! Thanks @yulonglilab for generating the first UDP sensor to detect UDP release in vivo and UDP-P2y6 in microglial Ca pathway and epileptogenesis.
The ASAP4 family of genetically encoded voltage indicators from the @michaellinlab allows recording action potentials and sub-threshold activity with either 1- or 2-photon microscopy over extended periods of time.

We are thrilled to share our latest biological finding published with @NeuroCellPress that "Local 5-HT signaling bi-directionally regulates the coincidence time window for associative learning"!
Big congrats to @BigTree_Zeng, @XuelinLi1!

Kudos to @lindasimmler and @YueLi73760302, co-first authors for an exemplary collaboration!
Happy to share our extracellular ATP sensor published on Neuron today. GRAB-ATP1.0, which is based on P2Y1 and cpEGFP, enables the detection of extracellular ATP in vitro and in vivo with good sensitivity and spatiotemporal resolution. #GRABSensors#ATP
@yulonglilab Congratulations on a beautiful new sensor. My student @bestofneither saw this a few days ago and we are going to use it to measure P2Y1 activation by extracellular ADP induced by #rotavirus infection, which result in the Ca2+ waves shown below. Can’t wait to try it!!
