SOPs allows even Delhi-registered EOL vehicles to get NOC for re-registration in another state. Mine is ALREADY Jaipur-registered. Then why push scrapping? If Owner is ready to transport it out of Delhi immediately. This is nothing but harassment of a common citizen.@gupta_rekha

@MCD_Delhi towed my EOL vehicle (Jaipur registered) from society’s parking space with ZERO notice . When I came forward to pay the fine & comply — officials discouraged me & pushed scrapping instead. Something is very wrong here. This needs to be heard. @LtGovDelhi @CMODelh🧵1/5

When Tried to pay the penalty, officials casually hinting that the vehicle “must have been mishandled”, batteries & parts “must have been stolen”. You tow a citizen’s vehicle, and say that it might have been damaged. Is this a joke?? Clearly some foul play. Who profits here? 4/5

@iSourabhMishra People becoming more aware about sweep in facilities as savings interest rate are at record low. I think those sweeped in balances are considered TDs.. twomore reasons can be .. more Money being blocked in business cycles and increased currency note circulation.
