Kammang Lhouvum (65) S/O (L) Vompao Lhouvum, Chief of Hengjang Village, Chairman Leimakhong Area Protection Committee (LAPC)
and Pagin Hangshing (30) S/O Lunpao Hangshing, resident of Khunkho Kuki Village.
Efforts are on to arrest other individuals involved.
