@josephalternate What’s wrong with drafting CB. We lost BSJ, Hart was terrible down the stretch, and I don’t fully trust Still in man. We will have a hard time playing physical matchups plus I have very little faith in the young safeties
@pwdrblueblood It’s the fact we are going into the draft knowing the guard on Herbert’s left will be a rookie. Not only is it limiting our freedom in the draft but it’s also not guaranteed our starting LG is going to be any better than Zion
Along with the added personnel of Engold and a scheme which sees the ball getting out quicker. Herbert will be hit/pressured less, however I’m more concerned with the health of our tackles and what vertical concepts we will run
Starting Chargers Offensive Line
LT Rashawn Slater
LG Rookie
C Tyler Biadasz
RG Cole Strange
RT Joe Alt
Still a massive upgrade and improvement over last season
@cmsinclair I’d rather know earlier than later if our pass pro can hold up, not bad to face the leagues best pass rush early so we can know if we need to make moves at the deadline or not
@rmfalla I think the thought was to save Teodosio for a pinch run opportunity and then you'd prefer to have Adell's bat. It ended up working out that way as well. Just can't have players taking extra bases that easy
@BoltsCity1@nyjets Close but this would give QJ around a 3rd round value which is still too high. Even with their surplus of draft capital New York won’t make this deal
@saintxpierre@TheDirector_YT Roman misused QJ, him and Brown have different games. QJ is more athletic with far worse ball skills and lacking a route tree. Also struggles on the release unless he gets help. I’d be suprised if Roseman had any interest
@CantHitWRISP His silver lining was the potential to be an 800+ ops hitter in the middle of our lineup but he’s became our worst hitter regardless of position
@SCHANUEL_SZN Detmers looked great but will continue to battle pitch count if he doesn’t learn to put guys away. Overall was able to put slider and fastball wherever he wanted today
