#AssamRifles successfully concluded a pre-training programme for Agniveer Recruitment Rally aspirants at Veng, Churachandpur on 30 May 2026. Conducted from 25 April to 30 May 2026, the initiative aimed to enhance the physical fitness, discipline and overall preparedness of local youth for defence recruitment. Out of 74 registered candidates, 51 completed the training programme. The initiative provided structured mentorship and physical conditioning, encouraging participants to pursue careers in the Armed Forces while promoting youth empowerment, patriotism and positive engagement in the region.
