If you have big dreams, shoot for Moon. 🚀 🌕
This is what we've learned from our very own space game changer, @bonzack, program planner for @NASA_Orion.
We have regained some access to Launch Complex 36 and are actively investigating the hotfire anomaly. We will start clearing the pad soon and have a good rebuild plan in place. The booster and GS2s in the integration facility appear healthy from quick looks.
What would happen if Artemis astronauts were sitting on the launch pad, and a anomaly happened?
Orion's launch abort system would kick in and save their lives. Either on the pad, or during ascent.
Pad Abort-1 and Ascent Abort-2 flight tests proved it.

Debris from our recent hotfire anomaly may wash ashore in the coming days/weeks. If you encounter any debris, do not touch or approach it for your safety.

All personnel are accounted for and safe. It’s too early to know the root cause but we’re already working to find it. Very rough day, but we’ll rebuild whatever needs rebuilding and get back to flying. It’s worth it.
Blue Origin's return to flight so soon after an upper stage anomaly is seriously impressive. It looks like they're making good on efforts to improve New Glenn cadence.

1st reply gets that crew. Your crew cannot be an exact repeat of a crew in an earlier reply. However, It can be the same astronauts sitting in different seats.
We have awarded @AstroLab_Space with a lunar terrain vehicle award. Their Crewed Lunar Vehicle is a rover designed to transport astronauts and supplies across the lunar surface.
This vehicle will be deployed to the Moon by 2028 through our commercial lunar payload services initiative.
@SpaceX 12th test really undersells how long Elon has been working at Starship which is over 7 years. This is really the 23rd test, starting with two tethered tests with a baby Starship. Here is video of the 4th test which got pretty high up!
