@shukii@HM_Passport Email the upgrade team with your sons PEX reference and date of travel in the subject line. In the email include all his information, your contact details, evidence of travel date. You must supply evidence, they contact you back in order of date of travel! Hope that helps
@maddyp1990@kt2burns@HM_Passport I had zero contact at all, I completely empathise with how stressful it is. I called HMPO about 4 times a day and just cried! All I know is if they consider your upgrade successful, they contact in order of departure. We were contacted 24 hours before. X
@Samanth01393249@HM_Passport I emailed the upgrade team with my evidence to when I needed the passport by and all my sons supporting docs. Included his PEX and the date required in the subject of the email. They contacted me back approving the upgrade 24hrs before the date I needed it for! Xx
@saampooley@life_withrach@iamsk994@HM_Passport Mine got through the upgrade team, 24 hours after they called it arrived for me. I had to pay £100. We got our MP involved, submitted evidence of needing it. Got it on the day we needed for. Cutting it very fine. If I could have gotten to a local office I would have done.

@saampooley@life_withrach@iamsk994@HM_Passport How long has her passport been in the system? If its over 6 weeks, and you can provide proof of flight for Sunday then I would head to the nearest passport office. Be prepared to queue though!
@YakuzaXI @MelanieClarks@HM_Passport I emailed all of the upgrade office addresses, Newport replied saying they weren’t dealing with our application but they forwarded my enquiry to the relevant office. Worth a shot 🤞🏼🙏🏼
