Anyone else feel like #NaNoWriMo was a lot easier BEFORE you had any books published? I can't seem to validate the time on a random project when I have a mile-long list of other "authorly" things to do. :( Making it hard to partake. #WritingCommunity

@SianRoseAuthor Literal answer: NAtional NOvel WRIting MOnth. Set a goal (50k+ words) and attempt to write a novel in the month of November.

Conceptual answer: a cruel challenge writers inflict on themselves as punishment for our procrastination habits. 😂

They have purchased the book, but aren't permitted to review it. How is that fair? Regardless of whether they know me or not. Plus they have blocked those who aren't friends with me personally. Anyone else feel this is totally wrong?!

Somehow, they have decided they know who my friends and family are and won't let ANYONE (related or otherwise) review my new book. They are censoring reviews because the reviewer MIGHT know me. 🤬 #privacyviolation
