Raised ReKYC request email as advised by customer care on 27th Feb and then have sent 4 followup emails. There was no update from the HDFC team. The staff at HDFC Velachery 100ft road branch are so rude and they blame me for not doing the KYC on time. @HDFCBank_Cares@HDFC_Bank
Having a worst experience with HDFC bank. Missed KYC and am trying to get the ReKYC done for 4 months now without any progress. Raised several complaints but no acknowledgement nor any replies from the bank. Worst bank ever. Govt banks are better than this.

@kirubaakaran Next time, try planning a trip from Delhi or manali and gradually increase ur altitude, that might help to see the places you want to without going through such hardships.. Hope you get to see what I saw!!

Even after paying the outstanding amount he has not received the NoC nor the status in Cibil got rectified to "Closed". Even after reaching you out regarding the same, there is no response. This causes a lot of issues in his business now @jagograhakjago@consumercourtin
@ICICIBank@ICICIBank_Care My uncle had three credit cards from ICICI. Due to Covid impact on his business he had to go for settlement option to close the cards. Last year, he again reached you guys to get the account status changed to "Closed" by paying off the outstanding amt.
