Having legitimate concerns about the company’s operation doesn’t make them ‘entitled & selfish’. FYI many of us have donated our refunds directly to charities instead.

@HPS_Vanessa emailed late evening with full refund given early next morning. Got the full £38.99 refunded even though I said they could keep the charitable contribution, which was odd. I was only at the stage of receiving the ‘we’re checking your delivery address’ email’ - no parcel to return
