@ronmortgageguy I wonder if there is a market for a developer to buy the entire building and knock through the walls to make every three units into one livable 1500 three bedroom.
@Hutchyman@DouglasTodd cities let their infrastructure rot and refused to add new capacity unless someone else paid for it. Nice low property taxes for a few decades but now is the hangover.
@JakeMGrumbach Pay escalation can be caused by suburbs poaching experienced officers from nearby cities through higher pay and lower work load. Then the unions in those nearby cities negotiating higher pay based on the new baseline set by the suburban offers. Ratcheting.
@SteveSaretsky The Cons wanted to run an 11B$ deficit, so who is the alternative? Where can we find the breakdown of where this money is going? Bridges and subways, or pills and NGOs?
