Building with precision, one gene at a time.

@HotForMoot The east coast signals status by pedigree, the west coast signals status through personal achievement. People are drawn to whichever makes them look better.

@cremieuxrecueil This isn't me, but I'm in exactly the same boat with my doctor wife.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@Aella_Girl Probably correlates with having wisdom teeth removed (ie, American)

Congrats to former virgin @lexfridman on recently getting laid, then saying "it has always been easy". Until recently, he was very publicly a virgin.

[atlas @creatine_cycle]

congrats on the sex lex

@elonmusk They can just use Mr and Mrs, like they used to. This was a solved problem.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@kag_land @SeanSousa9 @Timcast @elonmusk Exactly. Which is why everyone is laughing as you flail around.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@kag_land @SeanSousa9 @Timcast @elonmusk Do you realize he is just trolling as a non-Indian living in Canada, who has been asked to move to US and refused?

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@dicentra33 @wanyeburkett Lived experience suggests first-hand, visceral experience. Experience can be contaminated by readings or second hand accounts.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@sdw @jeremykauffman Works perfect unless you lose control or do it too frequently.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@singularitttt @kitten_beloved Pulling out also has a near 100% effectiveness if you just pull out and don't do it twice in a row. The precum thing is only a problem if done twice.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@AlmostMedia I have trouble with establishment-specific vernacular.
Me: I'd like a small cup of coffee
Them: we have 3 sizes: medium, large, and extra large
Me: Okay, I'd like the smallest size
Them: so you want a medium?
Me: if that's the smallest size...
Both of us: 😩

This has Bryan Johnson vibes: (1) he has built a following based on being a health guru (2) posts about how he is in the top 5% of bone density for his late 40s age group (3) breaks his ankle while dancing.

[Alan Levinovitz @AlanLevinovitz]

When people believe the promises of a powerful guru, they will ignore all evidence that challenges their beliefs.

Let me illustrate with the craziest guru story you'll ever hear.

Meet Hulda Clark, PhD. She promised her followers the cure to all diseases. Literally.

@PaulSkallas If they were able to plant explosives in all of the comms devices, they should also be able to intercept all of the comms as well.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@jonatanpallesen @paulg Some people would also prefer to be around (or go to a restaurant that has) only has people of the same race. We have decided that, as a country, that kind of racism should be illegal.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@Ex3NDR @squirtle_says @matteyya1 Don't know about middle eastern countries. I just know that this was their solution when the circuit court hamstrung them.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@Ex3NDR @squirtle_says @matteyya1 An official in a homeless-free SoCal city told me they take their ids, which prevents them getting free food and then they learn not to come back.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@Ex3NDR @squirtle_says @matteyya1 Ruling was on June 28. About reasonable amount of time to formulate a response.

I've worked with a few cities who devoted a ton of effort towards how to clear homeless without violating the circuit ruling.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@Ex3NDR @squirtle_says @matteyya1 Circuit court had prevented them from cleaning up the streets. Supreme Court ruling allows them to remove everyone, and that makes it easier to simultaneously remove criminals.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@squirtle_says They weren't allowed to do this until the recent Supreme Court ruling.

[Bort (49M)👋 @BortBuilds]

@parmita The opposite works for sociopaths.
