Lots of progress, but still a ways to go.
Our latest teardown video shows what’s working and what still needs work on our dual-axis solar tracker.
Feedback more than welcome!

We just posted a teardown of our suspended dual-axis solar tracker prototype.
This version mounts to poles, walls, or railings - making solar viable in places traditional setups can't reach.
Feedback welcome:

Announcing the launch of DAWNWARD, a new venture with Matt Crook of The Calvander Group! We've developed an innovative new approach to solar that provides the advantages of solar tracking while integrating with existing structures.
Excited to announce the launch of DAWNWARD! We're turning solar tracking upside down with our Overhead Tensile-Actuated Solar Tracker (OTAST™). Check out our video for the #AmericanMadeSolarPrize!

Here's a narrated walk-through the SubTyper 'Genes' group. Currently has HGNC symbols, ENSGs, ENSTs, Entrez IDs, unofficial aliases, previous symbols, some gene sets, and cell expression data (primarily focused on immune cell types).

Introducing SubTyper, a site for rapidly navigating information by sharing the connections between objects.
Currently in beta phase, we'd love to get feedback from users and work with groups to add content they can embed on their own platforms.

Have there been any efforts to add a SARS-Cov2 promoter driven reporter to human ACE2 stable cell lines? It would be a great tool to screen drugs for blocking COVID-19. Also, all you'd have to do to see if you are contagious is spit on them.
The only supplies you'd need would be tubes, media, and something to transfer saliva to the tube.
It's easy to grow up HeLa cells so this could be rapidly scaled up to hundreds of millions of tests.
You could realistically test everyone multiple times.
As far as I can see, the only downside would be that a positive sample would make the cells inside the tube infectious as well. That said, would you rather have active virus in a sealed tube or have that same virus in a person walking around town?
