@PeterStefanovi2 We could rejoin the customs union and single market increasing trade and raising an estimated £40bn in taxes annually which would enable defence spending to rise by 0.5 or 0.6 % of GDP.
Alternatively maybe 0.4% and add 0.1% or 0.2% to foreign aid.
Which is the harder choice ?
