@pipelineclub100 Orgs know that incentives of SDRs and AEs will never aligned perfectly. Itโs the principle-agent problem. A tension between them is healthy. If SDRs were comped exactly like AEs, then they now would be AEs!
@BowTiedCocoon Cocoonโs material landed my first job as a SDR at a great company. Fast forward a few years, and his guidance allowed me to jump to SMB AE, with mid-market in sight. Wherever you are in tech sales, Cocoon has the tools and guidance to get you promoted and get into a great company
For the past 16 hours, instead of drawing green lines, I've been dealing with a phishing attack by Togan @Getinwithgame
They've stolen a lot of my content and now they're trying to steal my password

@saleskhalifa Curious what a manager would need help with. Usually they just say "just hit your number" or "overperform your number". Fair, but are we talking anything besides that? Maybe help people on your team perform and hit their numbers
@scottmartinis@FidelCacheFlow The org should have a person whose sole role it is to tier account lists and database of intel about when they are renewing, buying triggers, etc, as Fidel talks about. And for SDR's, the org should build the lists of people for them to call. These would be great changes.
@trevor_abroad Appreciate the perspectives. Seems like it just comes back to whoever owns the relationship with the customer has the leverage. As it should be, customer is always first
