This is such a pathetic experience. Canceling trip at the very last moment impacts the whole trip as customer plan further bookings accordingly. Zoom car should arrange new similar car or should give 50% extra for cancelling booking.

@bsesdelhi The application was just for name change and it got rejected twice. Submitted all the supported docs. I take work off to process the application and visit the bses office and in the end if this happens then it is really not good.
