@saustinperkins This is not a thing. The guy who reported it originally is a Dallas media guy. Peterson has talked with Utah and doesn’t seem to have any issue
@ArtTakesNote I’d rather have trip playing next to a center since historically he’s better playing with another big, than another guard who can’t guard. Trip and Kessler fit better ON PAPER than key and Reaves
@JazzCentraI @jazzbeargryllz I may be in the minority here, but I think the amount of threes he takes is good. I would almost rather have him shoot threes than shoot the mid range where he is jumping forwards and following his shot. Obviously you want to see him get to the rim more.
@jhallito@Brad_Port_@colby_colonel I mean, flip got benched the last game against New Orleans and has been benched other games before due to his issues with defense. Bryce was also in and out of the lineup at the start of the season when more of our guys were playing.
@jhallito@Brad_Port_@colby_colonel Again, it’s the NBA and guys will make plays all the time to me. It feels like their mistakes are louder than the things they do well. It feels like they make more individual plays than winning plays. And Man, do they turn the ball over a lot. We just see it differently.
@jhallito@Brad_Port_@colby_colonel None of these players are getting rotation minutes with winning teams right now. Especially because they are not good defensive players outside of Cody. Every guy in the NBA can “make a play” lol. We are bottom of the league in defense and these guys struggle to play defense also
@Brad_Port_@jhallito@colby_colonel Because is this Jazz team is going to win 40-50 games next season, I don’t think these guys are good enough to break the rotation anyways. They can be on the roster but I don’t think they really play. Hope this helps!
@colby_colonel Collier hasn’t helped his case at all the last like five games. Can’t shoot the three at all and is turning into a ball sticker. We can find a vet who can replace his minutes or through the draft
@jhallito@colby_colonel Brice can’t shoot effectively and doesn’t do anything else impactful enough. Hes a bad defensive player and a ball sticker. Cody is fine. Flip is also a terrible defensive player and can’t finish at the rim at an effective percentage. I don’t think either is with us next season
@beefalo123@utahjazzfan47 He’s 19 and not strong yet. I don’t know why we’re gonna judge anything from Ace Bailey until year 2 or 3. The tools are there. I think he’s performed exactly how he’s supposed to up at this point. We get way too impatient with these prospects.
