💡However, comparative randomised evidence is available from the ProBio trial (NCT03903835) in men with ARPI-naïve mCRPC and detectable ctDNA. Compared to taxanes, ARPIs were associated with:
✅ Longer time of clinical benefit (PCWG3)

📉 Every 10% increase in ctDNA fraction led to a 9% decrease in the observed survival time.

💡 The more ctDNA in🩸, the worse the outcome!
