📣 Published in @EUplatinum : our Letter to the Editor on the @myESMO Clinical Practice Guideline for advanced and metastatic prostate cancer.
⚕️The guideline notes the lack of mCRPC trials comparing ARPI with docetaxel-based chemotherapy

💡However, comparative randomised evidence is available from the ProBio trial (NCT03903835) in men with ARPI-naïve mCRPC and detectable ctDNA. Compared to taxanes, ARPIs were associated with:
✅ Longer time of clinical benefit (PCWG3)
✅ Longer overall survival
✅ Fewer (S)AE
