Donald Trump has laid out the most aggressive plan ever proposed to dismantle Washington’s permanent power structure — and it targets the system at its roots.

Trump says he will:

• Purge rogue bureaucrats by restoring presidential authority to fire them

• Clean house in national security and intelligence, ending political weaponization

• Overhaul FISA courts he says were lied to and did nothing

• Expose deep-state spying and censorship through a Truth & Reconciliation Commission

• Declassify and release documents the public was never meant to see
