@BeaneaterB Philly is not a good place to be a fan of another team. I live an hour from Philly and those fans can be tough to deal with. Don't take your kids to Citizen's Bank Parkif they wear a Braves jersey. I've been in near fights.
@jase1129 Agreed! But I have a feeling we are going to need a pitcher again and think it might be wise to trade for one that can step up, if they aren't willing to have JR Ritchie come up.
@baldheaded1der AA clearly had a budget. Planned to upgrade the rotation and likely pursued several starters that didn't pan out. He spent in other areas before Schwelly news and subsequently hearing about Waldrep. I'm sure there is little money left but it has to be the right deal. Be patient.
@overton_news If CNN were legitimate, they would conduct a full investigation and report the details of it. Instead they only provide an extremely high level overview of what happened and aren't even accurate with that, and hope their sheep don't pay much attention. No surprise here.
@BeaneaterB@TJStats@DerekCarty I must have looked 3x at that list thinking I missed his name somehow. Hahaha. Idiots, that man is going off this year. 40+ incoming!
@FeartheChopTalk@Braves I would agree. If AA can sign a solid mid rotation guy and one more solid lefty reliever, that grade goes to an -A. He doesn't get an A simply because of the downgrade at DH. I do like the ability to rest guys and rotate the DH so, that will pay dividends throughout the summer.
@Karch829@baldheaded1der I think that's a fair point. I also think they did go after a couple of high priced players that didn't end up happening and then pivoted to stay under the luxury tax to reset.
@SBloombergo@BeaneaterB@Mayvis11 His defense at ss is so poor and is the reason he is viewed as a 2nd baseman. His defense as short is the worst in the league.
