Eternal Blade - Video Game, Manga, or Both?

Maybe you are wondering, where is Chapter 5 of @EternalBlade_x manga? Where is our first Volume print? The answer is it's coming, but we've got more we're building that works together.

At the moment, things may feel slow, and that's because we are a small team, heads down, putting our all into @ShibuiUniverse.

We've dove hard into developing out the game, and it's turning into something quite amazing. We're taking it to places we didn't think possible with just a team of two, and that is because we absolutely love this story and this universe. Since we've worked on these characters, their stories, and the universe for 4 years, it just oozes out into a very special world that fits incredibly into a game.

Have we blown up yet? No.
Are we vastly recognized yet? No.

But we have written a screenplay, are nearly finished with our first manga volume, and are now working hard toward our first Playable Game Test/Open Alpha.

It all flows and builds together, and at the right time, with the right spark, this IP is ready to take on a lot and get into a lot of different avenues at the same time.

I am going to share more video walkthroughs of our gameplay and combat, and be more open with our building process. I can't wait to share when you can walk around the map of Baransu Realm on Shibui's website!

Even if we aren't hyped now, the quality will shine through soon enough 🤙 Keep Building!

99% of the NFTs from back in 22 are dead now. Dead in the sense that the teams had to step away from the project and no more building is being done. And no shame on them because surviving this state of the market for the past 3 years was simply almost impossible.

But we are proud to say that we are still standing, still trying, competing and most importantly still building - for 3.5 years now.

Why?
Theres 2 obvious reasons.

1) our small but dedicated team is obsessed with the idea of what Shibui Universe could become. We always felt like we had to go the distance and see this thing through because we saw the diamond in the rough.

2) We were prepared for a marathon. We knew that the good times wouldn‘t last forever and that the next bear market will bring a lot of hardship. That realization and preparation might just have saved us.

But does not giving up mean that we are definitely gonna win? That Shibui Universe will one day be finally named among the big NFT legends, recognized for our relentless building, passionate ideas and awesome community?

Well, no, not necessarily. There is no fail prove. But we do have a chance.

And thats what NFTs should be. Bold ideas, passionate builders and a dream so big, you don’t actually know if it’s reachable.

Isn‘t that what we came here to do? To inflict change on old standards, to build something that excites us to our core?

Shibui will keep going relentlessly and we hope for your relentless support. If we win, we win together and because we earned it together.

Sitting down you look straight towards the person sitting across. They slide a ledger across, on it a OG soulless back from the '22 era. Anxiously you look left and right, making sure nobody is watching too close.

He nods.
