@jse_CSUB Google Docs can be used for peer evaluations especially in writing assignments for English or history. Students can leave comments on a peer’s essay without actually changing it. #EDTE4200
@pat_tull@jse_CSUB A presentation really hits all of the bulletpoints. Research requires reading. Writing requires research. Speaking requires writing. Speaking helps with listening. #EDTE4200@jse_CSUB
@jse_CSUB Powerpoint Presentations is a tool that can be used for student led activity that would target the four domains of language such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students practice their speaking based off of facts read and slides written while listening. #EDTE4200
@lindsay_csub@2x_jon@jse_CSUB YES! That's a great idea. I had to keep redoing my Flipgrids. I wonder if there is a way to make a blooper compilation of mistakes. I can see that as something fun to do with students at the end of the school year. #EDTE4200
@NelsonT12394706@Julissa28631388@jse_CSUB Google Sites is great. Teachers and students can benefit from learning how to use it. Students can also use Google Sites to make presentations instead of a powerpoint or research paper. #EDTE4200
@jse_CSUB Google Classroom makes differentiated instruction possible. With Google Classroom, teachers are able to assign similar assignments based off of groups. These groups can appeal to the learning styles or reading levels of the students. #EDTE4200
@MrsG_Educates@jse_CSUB@Newsela@jse_CSUB Newsela is a great resource. I love that I could assign the same article to students and provide them with different reading levels. All students would be able to participate in a class discussion. #EDTE4200
@Keithb07@jse_CSUB Kahoot is also one of my favorite technologies. I used to use it with my 6th-8th classes for the After School program. Students who earned a certain number of points would earn privileges such as sitting next to a friend. #EDTE4200@jse_CSUB
@jse_CSUB My favorite technology so far is flipgrid. I get nervous when I film my video, but I do enjoy the f2f interaction in an online class. So far, EDTE 4200 has introduced me to more tech than I even imagined. I don’t have a tool we haven’t covered yet. #CSUBTed#EDTE4200
