@reallorraine Lorraine can you get a question answered for me. Why when you are told you have covid in all the messages and text from NHS there is no health advice to get you better? Only interrogation where you have been? My messages are headed fighting covid at home

@RoyalMailHelp how do I make a complaint about the lack of post delivery? I was told my area has a back log due to covid rules affecting the post delivery. No letters have been delivered for 2 weeks only tracked 24 48 packages. 1st class signed for still waiting for!
