@timkettenring @cmaye35 @SZarndt @pntrack Looking forward to seeing you in a couple weeks at DSHS! So funny when you mention “feed the cats” all these high school football coaches are ready to argue. Let it be coach, no sense of debating. They will never understand your point of aerobic base.

@StrCoachNetwork I actually went through the nsca assistantship program. It was a great experience. I had the opportunity to learn under coach Buck Blackwood at the Air Force academy. I’d recommend the assistantship program to young coaches trying to learn more in the field.

@kanyewest A delux Album with donda 2 and 3!

[Bret Miguez @Bret_Miguez_SC]

@kanyewest I think people forget Ye is not Kanye. And Kanye isn’t Ye. Everybody saying they want the old Kanye needs to realize he is gone. Now we have this new version of Ye. And if I remember he has been telling us it’s up. I’m sure much more is coming. He has a lot to get out @kanyewest

We have added a high school plus plan this year. This will be a weight room portion to focus on common injuries we have seen(knee, hip, ankle, & rotator cuff).

High School Camp start June 4th! Youth movement starts July 9th!

@SteveSmithSr89 @BrianThomas_11 @LSUfootball @UnderdogFantasy Go watch his HS film. The stuff he did was not human! Dude is a big time baller. He was a beast at free safety too!
